TX - Hailey Dunn, 13, Colorado City, 27 Dec 2010 - #28

Hailey is 13 years old. She was heading to stay with a friend on Monday Dec. 27th but never made it. She is 5'1" with hazel eyes and brown hair. She also has pierced ears. She was last seen at 1804 Chestnut, wearing navy blue sweat pants, a light colored T-shirt and pink and white shoes.
Anyone who has seen Hailey contact the Colorado City Police Dept. at 325-128-5294

I don't agree that kids only change school because of what's going on in school. Her teachers had nothing but great things to say about her......kids also change schools when things are bad at home and there are people willing to step in and help.

With all due respect, I think sleuthing 'who/what/when/where' can obviously assist with finding someone. They are not mutually exclusive and are greatly intertwined with each other. JMHO

Could someone else have had Shawns phone that afternoon? Maybe he had a helper that day.

Speaking of insensitivity, on NG, when the medical person was describing decomp and going on and on about a body etc, my heart was aching for BD and CD, having to sit there and listen to that sensationalism. Their emotions were raw tonight. I personally feel really really bad for both of them.

Well, hopefully if this is a stranger abduction, that person will relax and make some mistakes that will blow his cover, since this is so focused on SA.

Wow... I had NG on my schedule tonight but RL took over (something about bedtime and young children). Seems like I need to go watch NG. I'll check Patty's channel.

I think that LE is still trying to sort out 'whodunnit'. Until that is clear, I think they're being very careful who they share info with. Even if they don't think Billie had anything to do with it, she has admitted herself to talking to him for awhile and then also texting him. I don't think they know who to trust with their info right now... info that may be very important and could possibly tip someone off, or give someone time to get their story straight if they know LE knows something.

Hope that makes sense - just something I thought of.

That makes perfect sense and I bet you are right. Right now SA is a suspect, but they have other persons of interests. Who knows if BD falls under that category right now.

Maybe he met up with a friend at work that morning, and they caravanned.

Regarding getting the prepaid phone call and text list from online (I did not know that you could just hop online and get a log from a prepaid phone)..... last night a very nice member here told me how to do just that. So, Billie and I proceeded to go to the site, where she registered when she first got the phone.

Phone number, user name, password, security code, secret question..... got them all right, but could not log on. Then we got a message to the effect of 'we will be happy to send a new password to you by text.' Does us no good since LE still has the phone.

A caller on the program asked Billie Dunn if she'd be willing to take another polygraph exam after reportedly failing her initial attempt. Dunn has previously told KTAB News she's not sure if she'd take an exam from local authorities again.
