This week the trial of Shawna Forde, whose crime has been largely ignored by the media, is to start. On May 30 of 2009 Shawna Forde and her Minutemen unit, which had decided to go to raid drug smugglers and take their money and drugs and use it to finance a border race war and start a revolution against the government, targeted the home of 9 year old Brisenia Flores and her family incorrectly thinking there would be drugs and money in the house. As a result 9 year old Brisenia and her father were murdered and her mother was wounded.

I really hope the MSM does pick up this story and cover this trial.

In an article I was reading, they said TruTV has asked to film, but theydon't know if they are going to show up or not. Anyone know?

Former Minutemen American Defense group member Chuck Stonex told jurors Thursday he clearly remembers one of the comments Shawna Forde made to him as he tended to Jason Bush's gunshot wound the evening of May 30, 2009.

"She told me, 'You should have seen how scary he looked last night with his face all blacked out,' " Stonex said, referring to Bush.

Shawna Forde's defense attorney spent considerable time this morning discussing Oin Oakstar's deal with prosecutors, his behavior while on probation and his mental health issues.

Oakstar testified this morning that although he and Albert Gaxiola planned to kill Raul Junior Flores to get rid of a rival in the drug business, when it came right down to it, he had nothing to do with Flores' death in May 2009.

He insisted the last time he, Gaxiola, Jason Bush and Shawna Forde talked about killing Flores the plan was for someone to shoot Flores from a distance. He would never have agreed to kill Flores during a home invasion because that would have unnecessarily involved Flores' wife and children, Oakstar said.

Oakstar was arrested the same day Flores and Flores' daughter, Brisenia, were killed on weapons charges. He struck a deal with prosecutors to get a shot at probation and agreed to testify against Forde, Bush and Gaxiola.

He got probation, but is in jail now for violating it.

Dang, an ethical criminal?

Shawna Forde's trial came to an abrupt halt Thursday morning when a witness in the case - one of the defendant's biggest supporters - came into the courtroom in disguise.

Laine Lawless, wearing a black wig, a short trench coat and sunglasses, was immediately spotted by reporters and detectives.

they should've thrown her butt in jail

if she misunderstood the clear directions given to her, then why was she in disguise?

what a liar

A Pima County jury convicted Shawna Forde today of two counts of first-degree murder in the May 30, 2009 deaths of Arivaca residents Raul Junior Flores and his 9-year-old daughter, Brisenia. The jury also convicted Forde of attempted first-degree murder in the shooting of Flores' wife, Gina Gonzalez, as well as related aggravated assault and robbery counts.:woohoo:
