That name, Eddie Lee Jackson, sounds so familiar to me and I can't figure out why. I'm a long way from Oil City so I know it's not a personal connection. Gosh, I can't shake that I've heard that name before.

Praying for Tracy.

Thanks for this info but isn't it a shame that a reward has to be offered for SOMEONE to tell what they KNOW! We all know that SOMEONE DOES.; just like so many of the other cases here.

No leads in missing woman's case

Despite ongoing efforts to find Tracy Winslow, authorities still have no leads.

Eddie Lee Jackson, Winslow's ex-boyfriend, is charged with kidnapping the woman and setting her car on fire. The Dodge Charger was found in flames near North Lakeshore Drive and Kuhn's Road. Jackson was arrested the day after her disappearance.

Last week Jackson, 40, pleaded not guilty in Caddo District Court to one count each of second-degree kidnapping and simple arson, according to court records. He's set to return to court April 12 for preliminary examination.

Missing Oil City woman's family seeking closure

It has been a mystery now 3 months running. Detectives say they know Tracy Winslow was kidnapped from her home in Oil City, in north Caddo Parish on Sunday, January 23rd and reported missing the next day.

Just this week, her ex-boyfriend and father of her 3-children was back in court. A judge upped his bond to a million dollars, accused in Winslow's kidnapping.

But the question remains, where's Tracy Winslow?

I had been wondering about Tracy , thanks, though I wish the news was better. Had to go WAaaaay down on the list of the "missing" to find her thread. So sad, so many missing that we can't even keep up with them all.
I can only hope someone will sooner or later come forward with information and she will be found.
