    Texas Equusearch - Report a person missing

    Please complete Texas EquuSearch’s Missing Person Report (grey area for TES office only) and FAX it to (281) 534-6719 OR EMAIL, along with the Missing Person’s photograph in .jpg format as an email attachment to tim.miller@texasequusearch.org. Please DO NOT fax the photograph.
    You may use our Missing Person Report as a guideline for the information we’ll need and email it to tim.miller@texasequusearch.org along with a photograph in .jpg format as an email attachment.
    Please contact our office at (281) 309-9500 to notify us that the Missing Person Report and the photograph have been sent.
    key: MP is missing person and TES is Texas EquuSearch
    Special note: Texas EquuSearch can only accept a missing person case if it has been filed with the appropriate law enforcement agency, a case number has been assigned, and law enforcement gives their consent for Texas EquuSearch to become involved. Requests for Texas EquuSearch’s assistance must be made by the family of the missing person and/or the law enforcement agency handling the case.
