NV - Michael Angelo, Jr, 46, Las Vegas (Henderson), 06-Feb-2011
LAS VEGAS -- Las Vegas police are looking for a man missing from the area of Silverado Ranch and Eastern Avenue.
Police say Michael Angelo, Jr. was last seen Sunday at about 4:30 p.m. He was wearing a blue t-shirt and jeans.
Angelo's family says his disappearance is very unusual. According to family, Angelo has been employed at UPS for nearly two decades and never missed work without notifying someone.
Silverado Ranch and Eastern is actually Henderson (Green Valley) - not Las Vegas.

His truck is missing as well? I think I took that away from the article but not sure if I read that correctly.
He missing picking up his child, that is not a good sign.
Prayers he is found quickly and safe.

Let's keep our fingers crossed for this man and his family that he was just stressed and decided to take a break from life for a couple of days and will turn back up soon... It doesn't say how many children he has but he has at least one by reports and that child deserves to have a Daddy that is healthy and well (and alive). JMHO

Here's a map of the area. They have stated Eastern Ave and Maryland Parkway as the crossroads w/Silverado Ranch Blvd. About a mile difference. I do wish they would be more specific of his last whereabouts too and his family situation. Was he at a friend's house for the Super Bowl...bar??? What was causing the stressor? Was he separated or divorced?

ETA: He must have gone missing after the argument. I found this addy with a white truck similar to his in the that vincinity.

Wow....so many possibilities here.....this is in general a pretty upscale part of the LV metro area. There are lots of shops, restaurants, and just neighborhood types of places there like garden shops, Walgreens, CVS, Target, Lowe's kind of retail sites. Yet, it is also just a literal 10-15 minutes drive south to get to some remote hill country type of areas where he might go to just get away from the city for a bit. Heading north instead....it is a 15 minute or so drive to the LV strip area. Plus it is in between the main airport (McCarren) and a smaller executive type airport and just a few minutes from the main highway connection out of the LV area heading toward LA. If he left of his own will, he could quickly be out of the area toward numerous destinations. If he didn't go willingly, hopefully his truck or other evidence will be found quickly to help in the search.

Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) - A retired military serviceman has gone missing. Now his family is reaching out to the Las Vegas community with the hope that someone may have clues as to his whereabouts.
"My brother, every night before going to bed, he asks, ‘When is dad coming home?' And I tell him, ‘I don't know. We just have to keep on looking.'"
Not much new that I can find. I hope he's okay but this sounds so out of character for him. I hope they're checking cell pings. He could be anywhere.

Got this from the family earlier today if any Vegas people are interested:
We are going to meet and hand out flyers at 11am this Saturday at Smith’s Food Store at 9750 S. Maryland Pky, Las Vegas, NV 89183 (Silverado Ranch and Maryland Pky). We are using Smith’s as the starting point because we know Mike was in the area around 4pm last Sunday and we are hoping to find someone that can remember seeing him past that time.
Metro is telling us that the most important thing right now is to find Mike’s truck.
If you have time to stop by and help, please meet us there. We will have plenty of flyers on hand.
The Angelo family is grateful for all the love and support we have received from the community. We are hopeful that we can return Mike home very soon.
