She may have been a transient who fell off a 12" wall and is estimated to have died about five days before being found.

Three black jackets - outermost jacket with red/white Indian style design.
Multi-colored underwear
Tan footwear, white socks.
Pink backpack with personal hygiene items.
Cigarette packet in right jacket pocket.

This person had a unicorn on her chest. Different side, but who knows--maybe they have the side wrong and she got more tattoos after she went missing. Height/weight are right on and she is from OK.

doesn't mean the tatt was on the 'wrong' side. you would think that there would be a standard, i.e. the side of the body from the perspective of the deceased but keep in mind "unicorn on right, horse on left" could mean on her right and left or the right and left of the person viewing the tatts.
 
I think its a good match, if she went missing in 05, then she could have easily gotten more tats. Seems like a glove fit case to me but I could be wrong
