Levi - please get someone to explain just how the heck the charge can be second degree murder- while "unlawfully, willfully, and felonlously did of malice aforethought kill and murder...."
 
The talking heads on Levi's show seem to need more information to be able to answer why they are charging her with second degree murder. :sigh:

Levi, you are misinformed. There was not obvious blood spatter all over that house or LE would have called Zahra missing possibly murdered from day one. The blood spatter evidence that was found was found only weeks after Zahra was reported missing through the use of CSI techniques. LE were all over that house several times prior to execution of the search warrants and did not see it, s I think it is a leap to assume AB should have seen it.

As to the tissue, that was found down inside the drains of the plumbing, it was not just laying around for anyone to see. LE tore that house to bits finding that evidence.

It was not in plain view.

Other than that, good show.
