Student At Prestigious Prep School Jumps To Death

I'd guess his family is very well off, considering the article said they purchased a condo for him to live on weekends. So I doubt he'd be worried about money.

I wasn't suggesting that the young man worried about money. Families who send their children to Cranbrook are well educated and wealthy, and their offspring are expected to achieve similar status. The young man probably wasn't worried about money as much as he was about an upcoming grade report or the fact that he wasn't accepted into a prestigious university.

If disclosed (and I don't think it's any of our business to see), the reported suicide note should explain this teenager's intentions.

Very sad, even without further details.

RIP, and peace to his family.

My heart just breaks for this young man's family. How very, very sad.
