I just pray they are able to find something that will lead to where Shelley is. Maybe the perp drove her car to some field, or there will be something in or on the vehicle that can yield some type of clues, even as badly burned as the vehicle is. MOO

    Update:

Police in Shelbyville said they have an eyewitness who saw missing English teacher Shelley Mook enter her ex-husband's home, the day she disappeared.

    http://www.wsmv.com/news/27168295/detail.html

Article also says her ex and his family are not cooperating with LE. He has not been named as a suspect by LE yet. Just have to hope things move quickly so this doesn't become some agonizingly long, drawn out investigation like we see all too often.

Authorities also said although they haven't named Mook's ex-husband, Tyler Mook, as a suspect, he isn't cooperating, and neither is his family.
According to the Shelbyville Times Gazette, police records show a history of domestic violence between the two. Charges were filed after, authorities said, he tried to run Shelley Mook's car off a road, and deputies said they had been called to the couple's home at least once.

HE isn't cooperating and neither is HIS FAMILY. Gee whiz, with family like that... I cannot understand people, why would you protect this, this, person? I don't care if his is your relative. I just don't get people. I realize this is about their relative but it is ALSO ABOUT SOMEONE ELSE'S. Shelley is GONE and she is someone's relative. What about protecting HER?!

I have lost faith in humanity, what with all these inhumane stories of spouse-abuse/murder; child abuse/murder, etc. And to protect the abuser is beyond me.

I realize it happens every minute of every day but I just want scream at them to wake up and smell the B.S.

    SHELLEY where are YOU?

Hopefully this case will go down the same route as Venus Stewart's did; even if Shelley's body isn't found, that there will be some justice for her. MOO

I just hope that the father's family doesn't get to raise the little girl if he turns out to be the one who killed Shelley. It seems so unfair to the victim's family. Obviously if it's best for her but it just seems unfair.

Things are eerily quiet about Shelley here in Nashville.
Please consider my comments as my opinion. I don't ask that you agree with me and you are free to scroll past my post. Thanks for respecting my opinion as much as I respect yours.

One new article out about people searching for Shelley:

    http://www.t-g.com/story/1711210.html

    From the article:

"We've just been searching and looking," Boyce said. "We've looked a place or two over in Rutherford County this week and found just a little bit that may help us, nothing concrete.
