TRENTON – Authorities are continuing their search for a missing Trenton man who was the subject of a large canvass of his east Trenton neighborhood Thursday, police said.
City police are working with the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office and the New Jersey State Police to find Michael L. Fauntleroy, a 25-year-old Trenton man missing since Feb. 24.
“Law enforcement agencies are working hand in hand with family members and following all leads available,” said Sgt. Pedro Medina, a police spokesman.

Trenton cops: Home invasion could lead to whereabouts of Michael Fauntleroy
The arrest of a man who broke into a city home has police back on the trail of a man missing since late February. Michael Fauntleroy, 25, is feared dead, but his body has not been recovered since he went missing Feb. 24.
Trenton police are optimistic about finding Fauntleroy’s body and his killers after Sunday’s apprehension of a man who broke into a home on Oak Street. The home invasion suspect apparently told police he could name people connected to Fauntleroy’s death.

The Fauntleroy disappearance is one of the unsolved cases currently being re-examined by the Mercer County Homicide Task Force, in conjunction with Trenton Police Department.
Investigators hope that someone now is in a position to move the case forward, which could lead to a monetary reward, even if it's only to find Mikey's body.
