GA - Businessman Inadvertently Shares Brutal Child advertiser censored At Hotel

Delbert E. Hoggard has to be one sick SOB. The Georgia businessman was staying at a hotel in Renton on business when his vile collection of brutal child *advertiser censored* was shared on others internet access. Not sure exactly how that works, but this lousey freak needs to stay locked up.

The 58 year old told police that the video of a poor, poor 10 year old screaming while she is raped indeed was in his collection and he got it from Limewire. What the heck is up with this Limewire?

Imagine the poor people in this hotel that had to see that. Heaven forbid a kid was on the internet. Police said Hoggard is a dangerous individual seeking out such graphic and brutal images. No joke, right? !

I think it said he downloaded it two years ago so maybe it's been shut down since?

You're right RO. I looked it up. They had an injunction to shut down last October. I'm guessing people could put legal, decent stuff on there as well?

Meanwhile I am praying this guy didn't have access to kids because he sure may have been able to very easily.

I don't want to post the link b/c of the daughter's name in it, but he has a 7-year-old daughter... I don't know if he has any other children.

I didn't see it in the local paper for this man's hometown (or any Georgia newspapers) - since he lives in Appling that would be the Augusta Chronicle which is near my hometown - so I e-mailed the story to the local news director. People living near this man need to KNOW this...

This is so incredibly horrible. I hope LE can trace the girl through Limewire's history. This garbage could have originated anywhere. Last year my SIL downloaded songs from Limewire onto his Ipod. We had no idea things like this were available there. I guess one would have to be actively searching for this garbage in order to find it. I wonder why LE cannot go to all these file-sharing sites and search for things like this? Maybe that's just too simple or I'm just too naive.
ETA: I can't speak my opinion on what I feel should happen to this , I love WS too much. I can say that he should be in prison for the rest of his life. In general population, no way he should be protected from the same scenario he enjoyed watching so much.

I used to use limewire for music until it shut down although there is a black market copy you can get but i didn't download it..

You had to be really careful downloading any music vids though.. most of the videos on there were *advertiser censored* under the same name as the legit stuff...
Never saw any child *advertiser censored* though

Glad this got caught, and while sorry others had to be exposed to this I am glad they knew enough and cared enough to report it.

But I have to say it does ease my heart a little to know that this outed himself even if it was inadvertent.

That's why I posted about his access to children. He still seems to be in the mom's life. Let's pray he didn't chaparone any kids around.

I find it funny when perverts out themselves inadvertantly. So, like, he should automatically upon conviction have any custody of his own kids revoked right? Right?!

He can't have access to his 7 year-old daughter while on bail right?!

Anybody here from Georgia? I'm not familar with the reference's in this blog post. But sounds like maybe his name is maybe a prominent one in Georgia???

I grew up near his hometown and have never heard the name. I asked one of my brothers who is an attorney and used to work in Augusta if he had ever heard of him and he said that he had not. So I'm not really sure what that statement means...?
