Hold the pickles, hold the lettuce, special orders DO upset us.

Here's a story of an unemployed, 31-year-old mother of three who got upset in the drive-thru of a Burger King and decided to take out her frustrations when she stormed inside the Panama City restaurant. The entire incident was captured on a customer's cell phone. The suspect ended up jumping up on the counter in her bikini, grabbing a water jug and swinging it at employees.

Wow! Those kids need to be checked on. She is definitly upset.

I wonder what she took such violent exception to? Too much ketchup? Not enough? :floorlaugh: From reading the police report, she wasn't too pleasant to LE either.

I wonder what happened to her kids? If she goes ballistic over a hamburger, imagine what she does when her kids are acting up.

Oh I bet her momma is proud ;) Not !

Bikini-clad Burger King brawler shares her side of story

Police officers were called to the restaurant where they hand-cuffed Smith. Records indicate she became upset about what would happen to her children if she were arrested, but she admitted to WSFA 12 News none of her kids accompanied her on the trip. She was just trying to see if police would let her go if they believed she had them with her. The plan didn't work, however. The woman was arrested on Simple Battery, a misdemeanor charge. She was later released from jail on a $100 bond.

...

"I'm a lover, not a fighter," Smith said, though she's quick to point out that "when you tick me off, everybody's got that side..." Some of the blame goes to the Burger King employees, she demanded.

I am in NO WAY defending HER - but there were others in the mix up as well. She left with other girls that were shouting .. things were flying .. and they didn't look like they were all coming from her ..

The whole situation was NUTS .. it almost seems as it it was staged for the cell phone picture taker...

Not sure why anybody would want to give her TV time, whoever she is.

PANAMA CITY — An Alabama woman was banned from all Burger King outlets after pleading no contest Tuesday to criminal charges stemming from an incident at a Panama City Beach restaurant.

Nekiva Hardy, 30, the so-called “BK Brawler” whose Spring Break tirade was captured on cellphone video and uploaded to YouTube, pleaded to two felony charges of giving a false name to law enforcement and criminal mischief of more than $1,000, plus misdemeanor counts of battery, disorderly conduct and resisting officers without violence, according to a State Attorney’s Office news release.
