Very appropriate - I love how in his blurb he calls all the other cases trials but not for ICA, no for her it is a "matter", bloody laughable.

Wow…. I just don’t get it!!!! How do these people come crawling out of the woodwork and become “currently working with the attorney’s in the Casey Anthony Matter”???? Is this guy getting paid?? Does he have a deal with CBS? Did CBS pay him?? Does he have a book deal or movie deal in the works??? People don’t work for free!! What is going on here?? This girl has been declared INDIGENT, indigent people can’t afford such extras especially when her own Attorney declares he is working for paupers wages... God I am soooo pissed!!!!

His Honor told Baez he would not get JAC money for a jury consultant...so what does he do? He gets one anyway and since he's pro bono, what could His Honor say???

This just goes to show, Baez and company do not play by the rules set forth...I do hope it bites him harder than he's ever been bitten before...Baez that is! :maddening: JMHO

IF it's the same guy, this is wrong. Just so wrong. Smells wrong, looks wrong, etc.

If Jose was going to blow our socks off in the first minute of his opening statement as to why we'd all go "ohhhh, I get it now..." then why in the world is he having to pull "pranks" (that's what I'd call this, for lack of a better term) like this? No confidence in a solid defense? Hmmm.

Jose better not also complain one.more.time about media bias, etc. It's his side doing all the media blitzes.

No wonder the defense was trying to keep Casey's visitor logs sealed.It always seemed strange they were fighting so hard for that.

I think he's doing it primarily for the media coverage for his business. The defense is not getting paid, per se, but then this trial does get enough local and national media coverage that would make it worth doing something for 'free'.

Because he will not get that Aha moment....he thinks he can, he thinks he can, he thinks he can....:banghead:

No matter how hard he tries, that 31 days will be so hard to overcome...Nothing will go over well with state of mind/consciousness of guilt and a 31 day lapse in alerting authorities and it wasn't ICA who alerted them it was the grandmother...so, unless ICA tells it herself, it will be as if it's not said...it doesn't do any good for ICA to show her hand...yeah Baez had this planned from the start...Had he told ICA to give up Caylee's location, I'll work on a partial immunity deal, he takes it all the way...this is for HIM to gain that stepping stone to becoming DP qualified...I believe he cares nothing about ICA...he too has a sense of entitlement...JMHO
