According to an arrest report, Boynton Beach Police arrived about 11:30 p.m. Sunday at the home in the 1600 block of Palmland Drive, where an officer found the girl walking around with no pants and shoes in the road in front of the house.

As the officer approached the entrance, Bryson was found "rolling in the grass, screaming obscenities."

After successfully calming Bryson down, the officer walked away to grab paperwork. But within "thirty seconds" Bryson started rolling on the grass again, while her daughter headed back to the road, the officer stated in the report.
