POSTED: 6:10 am EDT April 27, 2011

"Snip"
ORLANDO, Fla. -- Judge Perry could soon decide whether to allow more pieces of evidence into Anthony's murder trial.

Perry has yet to determine whether chloroform findings and decomposition sniff tests will be allowed in trial.

Evidence allowed, but will it all be used?

Legal analyst David Fussell said these rulings will be a problem for the defense, but it's not a done deal yet

With each piece of evidence allowed in, the length of the trial grows, which Fussell said is a concern when there's a jury involved.

"The further they reach and stretch to put on a case, the more it looks like they're grasping at straws," said Fussell, "and a lot of this stuff is kind of on the edge."

State Adds 2 Psychiatrists To Casey Witness List
Defense Previously Dropped Same Psychiatrists

WESH 2 News legal analyst and retired circuit Judge O.H. Eaton said the state could use the same doctors' testimony against the defense.
"It makes sense to use them for rebuttal. If there's an effort to explain the 31 days, these witnesses may be able to rebut that testimony," Eaton said.

Casey Anthony: George, Cindy Anthony unlikely to do pretrial interviews

http://blogs.orlandosentinel.com/en...ainment/tv/tvguy+(TV+Guy)&utm_content=Twitter
“I don’t think they’re going to be doing any interviews,” Mark Lippman, the couple’s attorney, told “In Session” this afternoon. “There’s enough pressure with the trial starting. Certainly if they decide they want to, we’ll let everybody know. But they’ve been pretty quiet since August of last year.”

Casey Anthony trial: A judge's visit to Palm Beach County could be a scouting trip for murder trial

http://www.palmbeachpost.com/news/crime/casey-anthony-trial-a-judges-visit-to-palm-1438642.html
Though court officials both locally and in Orlando refuse to confirm even the possibility that jurors in the Casey Anthony murder trial will come from Palm Beach County, the presence of the judge presiding over the case at the downtown West Palm Beach courthouse Wednesday fueled speculation that panelists could be chosen from this area.

Chief Judge Belvin Perry of Orlando walked through the courthouse lobby Wednesday with Palm Beach County Chief Judge Peter Blanc and a handful of sheriff's officials.

"I'm just here with my friend," was all Perry said, referring to Blanc.
