This is a subject that changed my life. One of our adopted children came to us from a mother with MPB. Our daughter was the unknowing victim. It's one of the most perplexing and insidious mental illnesses ever. If I wouldn't have seen its effects personally, I would have never believed the horrifice level of emotional and medical abuse. 'Extreme Makeover' family in Oregon finds mother under 'medical child abuse' scrutiny
