"Yes I said I was concerned for my DD and DGD well being because I haven't seen them in over 3wks and now I am at a tow yard picking up her car and they are no where to be found" that's all you need to say GA

I think JB is trying to get GA to loose his cool. Then he can say Ah Ha! lookie here, he has a temper.
Be still before the LORD and wait patiently for him; do not fret when men succeed in their ways, when they carry out their wicked schemes.

Just not sure with this... GA is doing his same 'don't recall' thing and same attitude he had before with state. I am worried when defense is up and questions him there are going to be issues because defense can control questioning..

However, JB is putting words in his mouth "you are telling people at tow yard you are concerned for your missing gd" and GA corrects and says I talked to the one man and said I was worried because I hadn't seen my daugh and GD.... I would be frustrated too

Ok, the way I heard it (and like I said- I was in & out during most of the testimony) SB said that when GA showed up to get the car, GA mentioned to SB that the car was at Amscott for three days. GA is claiming he didn't call Amscott to find out about the car/how long it was there until after he got the car. Since I missed a lot of SB's testimony, he may have cleared that up...

I think you are holding your own George - nice calm composure through some difficult defense questions.

To his knowledge the car was supposed to be in Jax w/ ICA and yeah, why is it odd that suddenly finding out the car is, and has been for some time, impounded instead makes him concerned? ARGH!

Guys this is good for the SA. As nasty as JB is being to GA and as nice and calm he's being this will backfire on JB. It's going to rub the jury the wrong way. BIG TIME!

Same here. I never use the front door. We have two cats and two dogs, and I'm always scared they will run out if we use the front door.
