He said she got the tattoo July 2nd 2008.

My hat's off to Mrs Drane Burdick and her team...she really painted a story and ended with showing the jury that Casey got a tattoo depicted what she thought she would lead after killing her daughter "A BEAUTIFUL LIFE".

DIRECT EXAMINATION OF BOBBY WILLIAMS BY FG:

He is employed as a tattoo artist at Cast Iron Tattoos. He has been there for 8 years. He has known ICA for about 7 years.

He saw ICA on July 2nd at the shop. She made the appointment three or four days prior with him over the phone. At that time she told him she wanted "Bella Vita" in a feminine type font. He drew the design and applied the tattoo. It took him about 30 minutes.

He was shown the close up photo of the tattoo and identified it as the tattoo he did.

FG sought to enter the photo into evidence. JB objected.

DIRECT EXAMINATION OF BOBBY WILLIAMS BY FG (continued):

FG moved to enter photo - JB objected. Photo marked as Exhibit 321 (the close up of the tattoo.

He drew the design before applying it. ICA agreed to it.

It took about a half hour to apply.

What was ICA's demeanor?

JB OBJECTED - 403 - OVERRULED.

ICA appeared normal and did not seem upset about anything. She seemed pretty happy for the most part.

He asked her, during the application, if she was okay. She said she was fine. He was on the phone most of the time.

How much did the tattoo cost?

OBJECTION BY JB - OVERRULED.

$65. She paid cash.

He and the co worker ordered pizza and ICA paid for it. She had a few slices.

She came back in the shop on the 15th and made an appointment for Saturday the 19th.

What was her demeanor?

OBJECTION BY JB - OVERRULED.

She was happy - the same.

She made an appointment for a tattoo on the 19th for two - for her and a friend coming in from out of town. She did not say what she wanted. It would either be a matching tattoo with the friend, or something completely different.

He was aware she had a daughter named Caylee. She did not mention Caylee on July 2. On July 15 she said Caylee was with the nanny and that Caylee would be in the shop on the 19th when she came in for her appointment.

No further questions by FG.

CROSS EXAMINATION BY FG:

He did not do GA and GA tattoo.

OBJECTION BY FG - SUSTAINED.

Any other tattoos for any other Anthony family members?

OBJECTION BY FG - SUSTAINED.

No further questions by FG.

REDIRECT EXAMINATION BY FG:

On July 2nd, did she appear to be mournful?

OBJECTION BY JB - and he has a motion.

SIDEBAR #8

HHJBP - you may be seated. You may approach.

SIDEBAR #9

CM renewing the Motion for Mistrial.

Due to video with superimposed duct tape and the heart shaped sticker. and now the state introducing consciousness of quilt.

JA explaining that the fact of her getting a tattoo which means "the good life, or the beautiful life"

Jury is not in the room tho :(

smirky smirky laughy laughy.

LDB: caught Jose trying to pull another fast one. she asked if the defense was really not going to have any presentations...she is worried they will say that so the State cannot be prepared. Jose stood up and said he didn't have to answer that...

CM - renewing motion for mistrial due to morphing video, heart shaped sticker, tattoo and FG trying to enter the issue of remorse.

JA - the tattoo contradicts the stated Defense (various versions of the Nanny story). Regarding remorse - Defense asked if it was appropriate to get a tattoo to remember loved ones who passed. State was just responding.

HHJBP - MOTION FOR MISTRIAL DENIED.

HHJBP - Housekeeping - State is asking for the Court to take judicial notice. Judge said to get cover sheet of the dictionary they are going to use. If the Court takes judicial notice, then the Court will give the meaning of that phrase.

JA - two items they will be formally moving into evidence - two cans from the spare tire cover.

Aside from that, he believes the State will be resting.

Defense will begin its Case in Chief on Thursday as they were unable to reschedule witnesses.

CM - prosecution needs to rest or not rest. The Defense will not be making any arguments until they rest.

Defendants will be prepared to make a judgement of acquittal and motion for directed verdict.

HHJBP to Defense - since we will be working on Saturday, do you want to stop at 1:00 or work longer? JB - possibly, if they have witnesses from out of town, but for scheduling purposes - 1:00.

LDB - can we believe the Defense will not be putting any witnesses on tomorrow? Also, can we have the cases the Defense is going to rely on. CM says they will get it in the morning.

HHJBP - the law is the law, the facts are the facts. He mentioned Soronno (sp).

HHJBP - Grief expert? JA - depo set for Saturday afternoon.

HHJBP - another case for your consideration "Dorband v. State" 2009 DCA decision - has some application to this case since it talks about issues - State put emphasis on the defendant's calm demeanor following a shooting.

Court in recess until 9:00 a.m.
