Right now they are grasping at straws and trying to "explain" her actions during the 31 days but I honestly don't think that will pass the "smell test" (pardon the pun, none intended) once the jury gets into the deliberation room particularly after just having had the whole prosecution just refreshed by the closing statement. IMO
