Boy sexually assaulted by six-year-old classmate

MISSOURI CITY, TX) A family's ordeal -- their little boy sexually assaulted by a six-year-old at school. The incident happened inside the boys' bathroom. Letters were sent home to parents, but some say the school is not doing enough to protect its students.

Since the alleged attacker is younger than 10 years old, he cannot be charged criminally in the state of Texas. Fort Bend Independent school district has punished him some, but the victim's parents say that's not enough because he still attends the same school.

"He took the innocence away from my child," said the victim's mother, who did not want to be identified. "I mean, that's something I can never get back -- ever." The woman says her son was victimized inside a bathroom at Palmer Elementary school on September 14. Her son told her he was in a stall when another boy stripped his own clothes off, crawled inside and forced himself on him.

"Put him against the wall and rubbed himself on my son's bottom," she explained. "And then he reached around and grabbed the front of my son -- his private area -- and then he took his other hand and reached around and inserted his finger."

Wonder how the 6 year old "learned" THAT behavior!!!!!!!!!!!!

Child on child sexual abuse is FINALLY being reconized for what it is AND its more reported(although I still think its too widely ignored and underreported) *BUT* we face the problem of our laws not catching up with it as this boy will NOT be tracked, likely will not get it any help and will be an offender for life which wont be delt with(and even then it will be inaduquate) until hes molested and raped many, many, many children!!

This is so sick and rediculous. I agree that there must have been some sort of abuse perpetuated on this child for him to have knowledge of such activity. If this happened to one of my boys they wouldn't be returning to school if the other child did. I know many people who homeschool there children and I've always been against that, but in todays ever increasingly violent society I can see the allure.

miles ~ I would be interested in knowing the answer to that... is this child acting out his own abuse on another child... or is his brain wired like that? to instinctively brutalize and humiliate in this sexual way?I have to think that he was also abused to know this behavior ~ but I am not 100% sure.

He has either been molested himself OR ,just as bad,as witnessed extreme sex acts either through porn or firsthand.Seeing pornography as a child is very damaging to their developing psyche *but* in the case I think this child has clearly been molested for him to behave so aggressively.

Its tragic because both children are victims. What a mess!!!!

MessieCake, my first thoughts exactly. That child MUST have been a victim as well. I hope that they take a damn good look into this child's background. BOTH of these children will need counselling.

I agree with everyone above. The six year old is a victim of abuse and desparately needs help. Let's hope that he gets it. Poor little boys.
