Please don't take offence, your vids are sweet, but, you state that this precious girl was "was just two years old when her own mother murdered her". Perhaps we're jumping the gun here. Shouldn't we still be presuming innocence until ICA is found guilty, regardless of our personal opinions. After all thats what the justice system is built on. JMO
 
I didn't created these video. I just thought that they are a nice tribute. I know that no matter what our own opinions are, Casey has a right to be presumed innocent until otherwise. Hope these video don't offend anyone. That wasn't my intention.

I'm not offended at all, this is all about Caylee and you have a right to post whatever you would like (as long as it's within TOS). I thought it was a beautiful tribute and thank you for posting them.

Not offended at all. Innocent until proven guilty is a legal standard. I'm not going to impose any punishment upon ICA and am free to believe what I want. Regardless of what the jury will decide I'll always believe ICA killed her daughter. We could debate how much right I have to say so publicly but, at least in my mind, there is enough proof for me to believe she is guilty.

No, presumption of innocence has nothing to do with us here on Websleuths. It pertains only to the court process, in the courtroom, and the people directly involved in that process, during the time that an accused person is on trial.
