I suppose it's how you want to measure it. That clock says "_:__ since the jury got the case." That means to stay accurate, it needs to keep counting. On the other hand, when the deliberations are over and a verdict is handed down the count on such a clock would not reflect "Time Spent Deliberating." Both numbers have value. One is how long we've been waiting for a verdict, the other is how long they spent deliberating, with evenings, lunches and breaks subtracted. It just depends on what you want to know. I'd like to see both.
