Rob Grill Lead Singer of 60s Band The Grass Roots Dies At 67

I just saw this on NBC Nightly News tonight. Apparently he died on Monday, July 11. I was very sad to hear this. I loved the Grass Roots in the 60s and had a major crush on Rob Grill around 1968.

    RIP Rob

This is so sad! Midnight Confessions was one of my favorite songs of the 60's! RIP~ Rob Grill

Thanks, wfgodot..they did have an interesting history. I don't think I've ever seen a band with such a turnover and so many different members! They were pure pop, but I loved that music back in the 60s.

I always loved this song by them as well.
