The hunk-licious Hugh is back home in Oz for the premiere of his new movie Real Steel....

But it's what's NOT in the headlines that makes him a REAL superstar, IMO.
My friends hubby works at the childrens hospital here, and was lucky enough to see Hugh in person today.
He was there to read books to sick 'lil ones . No film crews, no entourage... Just a random act of kindness 'cause that's the kind of guy he is.
