Press conference:

Thanks the press for spreading the word on Lisa

Thanks the people of KC—people he’s met have a huge heart

Thanks the KCPD

Going to briefly discuss his role:

Wealthy anon. benefactor is true. They contacted him because there is a relationship with the family. Called BS and said get out there and help. The priority is the child. All hands on deck in helping to find this child safely, hands off when it comes to interfering with LE. If he finds anything of value it will be a one way street to LE.

Team: BS has connections with a lot of different people. To BS this person is a rock star. Well known in LE circles--Dr. Marissa Mendazo (sp) was a fed, now works in private sector. Specifically works in threat assessment.

Wealthy anon. benefactor—when BS was approached, this person (she) wanted to be anonymous. Don’t focus on who it is, focus on bringing Lisa home. They don’t want notoriety. BS found an independent source. Never spoken to this person before. Made call this morning. To verify and talk to one of the benefactors. Was confirmed this benefactor does exist.

$100,000 reward put up for safe return and/or information leading to conviction of person (s) who did this.

This $100,000 is coming all from benefactor, nothing to do with t-shirt sales.

Clients aren’t the parents. Client is the truth.

KCPD has already given me his boundaries. Has not asked for case files, has too much respect for KCPD. He’s here to compliment LE, not hinder them in any way. The moment he feels he’s a negative, he’s out of here.

Parents will be opening up, but for now the way they are behaving is the best way to go.

Just because the parents aren’t speaking to you (local media) doesn’t mean they aren’t speaking. The family appreciates everything the press is doing, for the most part.

Let’s keep an open mind and let’s get Lisa home.

Dispatch tapes released

KMBC 9 News exclusively obtained more than 12 hours of police dispatch tapes that help outline the moments following 11-month-old Lisa Irwin's disappearance.
KMBC's Martin Augustine listened to several hours of the tapes and reported that the situation quickly escalates after the initial call.
"Report of a residential burglary in progress," one of the dispatchers said on the tapes. "3620 North Lister. Contact Jeremy. Respond code 1."
Click Like For Baby Lisa Irwin Updates:
Code 1 tells officers to respond to the scene quickly. Jeremy refers to Jeremy Irwin, the father of baby Lisa, who called police after returning from an overnight work shift on Oct. 4 to find her daughter missing.
"He noticed the screen is busted and 10-month-old daughter is missing," the dispatcher continues. "He advised he didn't witness anything. And they don't know how long she's been gone."
In the minutes following the initial dispatch, officers can be heard canvassing the neighborhood.
"How are you on your area canvass," one officer asks another.
"Finishing up with the neighbor from across the street now. I'll contact you in a minute," another officer responds.
"Call me on my cell ASAP," the other officer said.
Augustine said many conversations are not included on the tapes because officers communicated with each other on their cellphones.

The mother of missing 11-month-old Lisa Irwin admitted in an interview with "Good Morning America's" Dan Abrams that she had been drinking the night the baby disappeared.

"Were you drinking a lot?" Abrams asked Deborah Bradley.

"I was drinking. It has nothing to do with my daughter's disappearance," Bradley said.

Abrams also asked Bradley about failing a police lie-detector test.

"He said, 'You failed.' And I said, 'Failed what? What question did I fail?' And he said, 'You failed the one where you said you know where your daughter's at.' And I said, 'That's not possible. I don't know where she's at,'" Bradley recalled, saying that she became unglued at the detective's suggestion.

Thursday October 13, 2011

As far as we know, plans are still on for a 10:30 a.m. news conference. I should mention that's 10:30 a.m. CT, 11:30 a.m. ET
by Brian Foster - KMBC.com 8:07 AM
In a nutshell BS said:

--the local media is doing a great job getting the word out.

--the family won't talk to local media because "how would you feel if you were hounded during the most painful thing that's ever happened to you"--not a direct quote, but you get the picture.

--pc at 1:00 in front of the Irwin home.

--the family has received lots of cards from the public and will be hanging them on the trees out front.

--OH and they will be announcing the name of a significant person that will aid in the search.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Michael Lerette (cousin of Deborah) came out of the house and spoke –also hung up signs.

"We're hanging in there."
by Brian Foster - KMBC.com 11:20 AM
"If anyone has anything that can bring Lisa home, please call the TIPS hotline."

"Just because you don't see us out here every day, doesn't mean we don't feel your thoughts and prayers.
by Brian Foster - KMBC.com 11:19 AM
"We want to thank the KC PD and FBI for their tireless work"

The FBI is conducting another search near baby Lisa's home
by Brian Foster - KMBC.com 10:52 AM

http://livewire.kmbc.com/Event/Live_...g_10-Month-Old
--------------------------------------------------------------------

Press conference:

Thanks the press for spreading the word on Lisa

Thanks the people of KC—people he’s met have a huge heart

Thanks the KCPD

Going to briefly discuss his role:

Wealthy anon. benefactor is true. They contacted him because there is a relationship with the family. Called BS and said get out there and help. The priority is the child. All hands on deck in helping to find this child safely, hands off when it comes to interfering with LE. If he finds anything of value it will be a one way street to LE.

Team: BS has connections with a lot of different people. To BS this person is a rock star. Well known in LE circles-- Dr. Marisa R. Randazzo (sp) was a fed, now works in private sector.

He’s here to complement LE, not hinder them in any way.

Michael Lerette (cousin of Deborah) came out of the house and spoke Ėalso hung up signs.

Press conference:

Thanks the press for spreading the word on Lisa

Thanks the people of KCópeople heís met have a huge heart

Thanks the KCPD

Going to briefly discuss his role:

Wealthy anon. benefactor is true. They contacted him because there is a relationship with the family. Called BS and said get out there and help. The priority is the child. All hands on deck in helping to find this child safely, hands off when it comes to interfering with LE. If he finds anything of value it will be a one way street to LE.

Team: BS has connections with a lot of different people. To BS this person is a rock star. Well known in LE circles-- Dr. Marisa R. Randazzo (sp) was a fed, now works in private sector. Specifically works in threat assessment.

Wealthy anon. benefactorówhen BS was approached, this person (she) wanted to be anonymous. Donít focus on who it is, focus on bringing Lisa home. They donít want notoriety.

Clients arenít the parents. Client is the truth.

KCPD has already given me his boundaries. Has not asked for case files, has too much respect for KCPD. Heís here to complement LE, not hinder them in any way. The moment he feels heís a negative, heís out of here.

Parents will be opening up, but for now the way they are behaving is the best way to go.

Just because the parents arenít speaking to you (local media) doesnít mean they arenít speaking. The family appreciates everything the press is doing, for the most part.

Letís keep an open mind and letís get Lisa home.

--Dog barked at M. when she was there. Irwinís dog stays outside 24/7

--Cell phonesóhis, hers and dead phone. Those phones were under restricted service. Could not make outgoing calls. LE still says call made at 2:30 in the morning. Family maintains they hadnít paid the bill and wasnít able to use the phones.

***Another possible sighting of baby Lisa the same night she disappeared.
http://www.kmbc.com/news/29547997/de...#ixzz1bPrvP1z8

A man driving home the night missing 11-month-old Lisa Irwin disappeared said he saw a man carrying a baby in Lisa's neighborhood.
Mike Thompson said he saw the man wearing a T-shirt and carrying a baby near Lisa's home at about 4 a.m. on Tuesday Oct. 4. Thompson said he waited about a week before he called police because he didn't immediately make the connection between what he saw and Lisa's disappearance.

"I was going south on 435, I exited on 48th Street, and I see a man who was walking up Randolph carrying a baby," Thompson said. "And I looked at him, he was about 30 feet from me, he turned and looked at me, and I looked at him. It's 4 o'clock in the morning, 45 degrees and the baby doesn't have a blanket, a coat, nothing," Mike Thompson told ABC. "And this guy is walking down the street. I thought it was kind of weird."
Thompson said the baby resembled Lisa, and that he would be able to identify the man if he ever saw him again.
Thompson said he has been interviewed by police.

Augustine said many conversations are not included on the tapes because officers communicated with each other on their cellphones.

by Brian Foster - KMBC.com 8:07 AM
In a nutshell BS said:

--the local media is doing a great job getting the word out.

--the family won't talk to local media because "how would you feel if you were hounded during the most painful thing that's ever happened to you"--not a direct quote, but you get the picture.

--pc at 1:00 in front of the Irwin home.

--the family has received lots of cards from the public and will be hanging them on the trees out front.

--OH and they will be announcing the name of a significant person that will aid in the search.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Michael Lerette (cousin of Deborah) came out of the house and spoke Ėalso hung up signs.

The FBI is conducting another search near baby Lisa's home
by Brian Foster - KMBC.com 10:52 AM

--------------------------------------------------------------------

Press conference:

Thanks the press for spreading the word on Lisa

--No question that they would not answer

--Deborah revealed she had several glasses of wine. Probably more than 5. Less than 10. Neighbor wasnít drunk. Doesnít think she has a drinking problem.

--Parents believe the intruder came through the window. There is a wood step under the window, so it would be easy. Screen pushed in slightly. Intruder lifted it up and then slid through window.

***Megan Wright received a 50 second phone call from one of the missing Irwin cell phones the night Lisa disappeared.

"I received a phone call, well my phone did, the night that baby Lisa went missing," Megan Wright said. "It was apparently a 50 second phone call. I don't know who answered it or what was said or who was on the other end of the phone."
Wright said investigators tracked her down and have questioned her four times.
"I told them that I'd been through the neighborhood with my ex-boyfriend," Wright said. "I didn't know the family, didn't recognize the pictures, had never seen baby Lisa until I saw her picture on the news."

The First 16 Hours

The First 16 Hours

Note: This timeline has evolved since the morning of October 4, 2011. The original timeline seemed much less complicated and much more innocent.

Original Timeline as told by Deborah Irwin:
10/3/2011 – 6:30 DB feeds Lisa and puts her down for the night
10:30 – DB checks on Lisa, she is fine
DB sleeps with one of the boys and a stray kitty in her bed.
4:00 a.m. 10/4/2011 – Jeremy Irwin comes home to find all the lights on and a window screen askew in the “front” room. He runs to SB’s house next door, asks if she’s seen Lisa and then calls 911.

Updated Timeline - Current as of 11/13/2011
October 3, 2011
• 12:00 pm Jersey, handyman and ex-boyfriend of Megan Wright, is seen by Mary Hurt (lives in neighborhood) in the Bradley/Irwin neighborhood. She assumed to turn on sprinklers.
• 2:30 pm Jeremy Irwin comes home from work and has dinner with family, plays with kids
• 4:30 DB and PN (Phillip Netz, Deborah’s younger brother), go to Fiesta for wine and baby supplies.
• 4:40 Neighbor, Samantha Brando, arrives at the Bradley/Irwins with daughter (4). It is unclear whether she returned to her home or hung out with Irwin while Netz and Bradley went to the grocery store. SB (Samantha Brando, drinking neighbor), says she saw the baby in her crib at this time and she was fine
• 4:45 Fiesta Foods surveillance video shows DB and PN buying box wine and baby supplies
• 5:00 DB and PN return home
• 5:00 James Brando, SB's husband, leaves his house because he and SB decide on a trial separation. He drives around and hooks up with a buddy (?) and stays at his house for the night
• 5:30 PN leaves Bradley/Irwin home
• 5:30 Jeremy leaves for second job at Starbucks as an electrician
• 6:00 SB leaves to purchase liquor
• 6:30 SB returns to Bradley/Irwin home - her 4 year old remembers seeing Lisa in her crib at about that time
• 6:30 Deborah puts Lisa down to sleep - the baby is battling a cold

SB and DB sit on porch, drinking and smoking for the next four hours
• 7:00 pm Shane B., a new neighbor, arrives at the Bradley/Irwin home, smokes and chats with SB and DB on the “stoop”
• 8:30 pm Megan Wright states publicly that she was told a call from DB's phone was made to her phone at this time.
• 8:30-9:00 pm Shane B. leaves the Bradley/Irwin home - claims he never saw or heard Lisa
• 10:30 pm DB goes in, SB stays outside for about an hour talking to Shane B, a neighbor
• 10:33 pm James Brandon text messages SB to say goodnight
• 10:54 pm SB texts JB back to say I love you and goodnight
• 11:00 pm Mary Hurt notices sprinklers that Jersey had turned on were off
• 11:30 pm SB goes inside her house, says she remembers lights off in DB's house
• 11:57 pm *Update 11/11/11* Outgoing call from one of the three missing cell phones to Megan Wright’s phone - duration 50 seconds - this is new information from Tacopino and BS – even though, both admit phones were “redlined” – the phone bill had not been paid.
• At some point Jeremy calls DB’s phone to say he will be later than expected, time is not given.

October 4, 2011
• 12:15 am A neighbor (Lisa) sees a man walk up a hill carrying a baby - Tall man with dark pants and white T-shrit - walked through another neighbor's yard (Mary Hurt) toward a nearby dumpster that later catches fire

• 3:17 - 3:32 am - Internet is attempted on DB's phone 5 times – no information on what was searched, if anything

• 4:00 am Mike Thompson told ABC News that he was on his way home from work around 4 a.m. on Oct. 4 when he saw a man dressed in all white carrying a baby at an intersection about three miles from the Irwin home. He later picked out a man with salt and pepper hair.
