Charlotte-Mecklenburg police said Thursday they are offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest in the case of a 42-year old man missing since spring.
Police say Martin Eric Bryant was last seen the morning of March 30 leaving a hotel room at a Days Inn on West Sugar Creek. Police said early on that information led them to believe that foul play was involved in Bryant's disappearance.
Detective J. Tuttle of CMPD's missing persons unit said at a lunchtime news conference that investigators have interviewed family members and associates of Bryant. He said investigators believe Bryant had intended to come right back to his hotel room, noting his cell phone and other personal effects were still there.
