NJ/Across The World Sister Dimes Out Sex Offender Brother
The sister of Registered Sex Offender William Bokerman was cleaning out her mom's Naples condo when she found a box containing child pornography photos and video. A good guess would be they belonged to her rotten freak brother.
Police would be happy to lock up Bokerman save for the sex offender was in a third world country molesting more kids no doubt.
Police asked why the sister waited so long to tell them about the pornography. Her answer being because of her brothers past. Exactly. At least sister did eventually go to police. Meanwhile he's hopping on airplanes galore traveling to countries where people living in extreme poverty can be purchased and sold to or by people like this POS!!!!!!!

Hiding out in the Dominican Republic he was.
Note that photograph compared to his Florida RSO photo. Note that Florida RSO photo can be posted all day every single day. He still did whatever he wanted. Just up and got on a plane and flew out of the country.
FWIW he actually has a site of his own. It mentions Brazil. I'm not clicking on it though.

Wow. He faces 25-50 years and I hope he gets all 50. Quick question, because I suck at international law. I know that it is illegal for him to possess the pictures and video in the US, so he still faces charges for that. But if the offenses happened in a country where such things are not illegal (as much as I hate to admit that there are countries where rape of a toddler is legal) can he still face charges for it here, or just for the possession of the material? I don't think he can be charged for the actual offenses, if the defense can prove that it wasn't illegal in the country they occurred in.JMO. Unless there's a link, I can't prove it.

I don't know of any country in which the rape of a toddler is legal. I can think of a few which are so lawless it would go unpunished, but none where it is literally legal.

I think there are still a few countries where it's not illegal, simply because they have no age of consent. I think Cambodia is one of the countries where they don't come right out and say that it's okay to rape a child, but on the other hand, there is nothing stopping them. Which is, imo, seriously screwed up.JMO. Unless there's a link, I can't prove it.
