have I mentioned lately that among our very bad politicians here in MI, we do have a few good ones? I absolutely adore Sen. Whitmer, even though we don't agree on everything, she has something that most politicians here don't have, and that is passion. She cares, she reads the proposals and I'm not even sure she owns a rubber stamp, and if it does she gives it very little use.

And she is correct, the way that the bill was reworded and worked over, as she put it "gutted" of any true substance, it will not protect anyone but the bully, and actually encourages parents and teachers to protect the bullies, as opposed to protecting the victims.
