What amazes me is that this guy actually found men who would admit to this (supposedly, that is).
 
If true, it seems like a just punishment to me...JMO
 
I hope I never run into anyone with penile cancer now. I know I won't be able to look at them without wondering!

Maybe the participants had been charged and found guilty already. Happens more than most people know.

Guess the grass is not greener in the pasture beyond the fence. :crazy:
