Naked man gets tangled in barbed wire fence

A Boise man was arrested Saturday morning after he was seen streaking near Military Reserve Park.

Around 5 a.m. an officer on patrol saw a man completely naked in a parking lot at the park. At the time it was very cold outside and had just begun to snow.

Don't ya just wonder if he was trying to run through the barbed wire or was he trying to leap over it?....OUCH! :floorlaugh:
