Portland police are asking the public's health in finding a missing 18-year-old they says is endangered by a "critical mental health situation."

Update: A gold 1986 Jaguar XJS sedan, believed to have been driven by reported missing endangered 18-year-old Henry Willard Smith III, was found overnight, in Downtown Portland. Smith is still missing, and detectives have advised that concern for his welfare has increased, as he has still not been seen or heard from since about 6pm last night.

Detectives say investigation has determined Smith may pose an immediate threat to his own safety, but he is not believed to pose any risk to the public.


Second Update: Reliable information has been received by Missing Persons Detectives that Henry Willard Smith III was likely wearing a red baseball cap, some sort of sweatshirt, and most distinctively, white “skinny jeans” with thin black vertical stripes on them.

Reliable information has been received by Missing Persons Detectives that Henry Willard Smith III was likely wearing a red baseball cap, some sort of sweatshirt, and most distinctively, white "skinny jeans" with thin black vertical stripes on them.
