FL - Man captures being shot by MIL on IPhone
Ok - now this is something.
Seems a contentious divorce / custody situation prompted a man picking up his son for visitation decided to record everything on his IPhone. MIL came out of the house carrying a pillow and blanket. Asked him to come inside - when he refused, she revealed a gun from under the pillow and shot 3 times - hitting him twice. All was captured on the IPhone! MIL actually was claiming that he shot at her - until they showed her the video!

wow. Divorce and custody dispute at its ugliest.
We had one here in Central IL, where the grandmother of a woman shot the woman's ex and murdered him over just this sort of situation. So sad when it comes to this sort of thing. you would think grown ups would know better This is NOT the way to resolve a dispute.

Love those camera phones!Just when I think that I have seen the most depraved things a human can do to another human, somebody posts a new story...........
Why is it that when a custodial parent fails to provide for a child it is called neglect and is a criminal matter. But when a non custodial parent fails to provide it is called failure to support and is a civil matter?
