TX - Newborn survives after being tossed from second floor window
Wow, this baby must have had his guardian angel watching over him. What is most disturbing about this story is his older sister was already taken out of this home and then they have another? This breaks my heart. I hope he gets to be adopted by a very loving family who has been waiting to have a baby to love.

Newborn survives after being tossed from second floor window
WHITE SETTLEMENT, Texas - A newborn boy in Texas is in good condition despite having been thrown out of a second-floor window.
The infant's uncle is being held on a $100,000 bond on charges of injury to a child.
Witnesses in the Fort Worth suburb of White Settlement say the five-day-old baby fell more than 11 feet and landed in a grassy area, suffering no broken bones or internal bleeding.
Police are investigating, but say the baby's mother told them her brother-in-law had asked to take the baby into his bedroom.
The suspect's father says his son has a history of psychiatric problems.
The Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports Texas Child Protective Services took custody of the baby's two-year-old sister last year, amid allegations of abuse and neglect.
