Just watched that story on the local news here.

Maj. Steve Rubino with James City County Police Department says the deceased person is an African American man with a number of tattoos.

The police department does not have any reports of missing African American men in the county.

Rubino said it is possible the man is not from James City County, as he was found on a busy thoroughfare used to travel between James City County and Newport News.

Police are looking for a cause of death, and treating this as a John Doe case.

With all the tattoos, someone has got to be able to ID this man.

OMG! This is horrible!

I wonder if some of the tats are gang related? Who could do this!

I hope anyone that recognizes his tats will come forward to identify him. This poor, poor man.
