I posted this on another thread for another Unidentified Grateful Dead Fan, but wanted to post here also for those who may not have visted other thread.
Here is another grateful dead fan that was killed in an auto accident and was unidentified...

when you go to this page scroll to the bottom and click on

then click on Press Items, then scroll down to click on Pre-2003 UID cases,
then click on the COLD cases, then just scroll down until you see pic
96-1115, if you right click on the pic you can save and then pull it up to zoom in ... I am not telling you this to be morbid but it is an actual pic of him and better to compare to....

I think this resemblance is unbelievable!!! And if you notice the height of both is exactly 6'2 , the weight you cannot compare because the unidentified was in the hospital for a year.... I don't know why they did not put his weight for when he arrived at the hospital? If you notice it also says tattoos were recent so he could have gotten them since he left. Also David's missing poster says he travelled throughout numerous different states, California, Mississippi, Louisiana, Florida and Canada. So he could have been in Ga.
Anyway looking for some feedback from all of you!!!

I'm not so sure on this one, the Virgo Tattoo would not match with Donald Izzett's birthday and I couldn't see anybody getting a tattoo of a different starsign than their own-unless of course they were REALLY drunk ;)

I do think the Edith Warner match is pretty good, I think it was brought up in a thread earlier this year as a possible match.

The Grants Pass guy,Paul Tansey I think has been ruled out by DNA. Every now and then they'll show him on the Portland news but no new leads.


I think the Miguel Cisneros looks like a match-couldn't hurt to turn it in at any rate especially since he has dental records in Mexico with his family to compare this skull/jawbone with.

I also think the Puckett match looks great especially given the small stature and prior spinal injuries.

Ahh! How could I miss that (Virgo tattoo)? So you are probably right in assuming he would not get the tat. if it wasn't his own zodiac sign. Thank you for pointing that one out!

you're right, the last GD show was in chicago on 7/9/95. i am not sure how LE determined this gentleman crossed the street after a grateful dead concert if there was no concert on that date.

however, GD did play atlanta at the end of march, which is the month that mr. cannon (link above) went missing.
 
I wonder if the lifestyle associated with the band statically lead to more crimes.

Also on the fact that there was no Grateful Dead concert during that time frame. There was a Kyuss concert at the Lakewood Amphitheater in Atlanta on 7/20/95. While no relationship to the Grateful Dead, the lead vocalist for Kyuss is John Garcia. I think the police report is wrong about this being tied to the Grateful Dead.
 
At the stadium that night, it was Atlanta Braves vs Pittsburgh Pirates in baseball. So there's a reasonable chance this UID may be from Pittsburgh.
 
This may be a stretch, but what about Stephen Packard? He went missing quite a while ago. I think he resembles this doe. His Doe Network profile has his height at 6'3", but namus has him as being 6'5". The doe network has him with blue eyes, namus has him with brown. Both say blond hair, but his hair looks dark to me. The nose, face and mouth shape look similar to me.

ETA: Stephen Packard does NOT have a doe network profile. The conflicting information was found on Linda Lee Lovell's Charley Project profile.
 
I do see the resemblance but I think the age difference is too much. Packard was 18 in 1974, would make him 39 in 1995. Still possible but I struggle with the idea someone able doesn't call home in 20 years. Here's the 2 Namus links:
