Woman Finds Herself in Bogus Escort Ad on Backpage.com

She went to the website because of news of the murders of 3 women who had posted on the website. The three women had reportedly advertised their personal service ads in the personals. Police aren't saying there is serial killer, but they are saying the murders might be connected.

When she got there she found a profile for herself and some private photos.

Moral of the story...... Google yourself once in a while. You never know when you will find something.

I'm thinking that's a pretty good (and diabolical) way to get rid of someone. First, you go out and kill some escorts (hey, they were asking for it, right?) then buy a throw away phone and place the ad. Then hurry up and throw away the phone. Then you kill the one you want to get rid of the same way you did the hookers.

Not only have you given the police every reason to believe that some weirdo is going around killing escorts, (and that is what happened to her as well, so they're probably not going to look as closely as they might at husbands/lovers and ex-lovers) but you've also successfully tarnished her reputation.

I'd be looking closely at my male friends if I were her.

Where did the pictures come from? If she posted them online at her facebook account it could be anyone. If not then it's someone who had access to those photos. This is NOT a joke. Someone was wishing her harm.
