    Maybe someone will beat the perp to death in jail.

    I still cannot imagine beating a pup to death. I just cant wrap my head around it. I cant. Im so glad he was charged with a felony. It makes me happy to see the trend of harsher sentencing and charging for animal crimes. People who are capable of this kind of brutality on an innocent animal are indeed capable of human to human brutality. As a nation we are finally noticing the connection between animal abuse and violent crime. And yes my fellow ws'ers he will get his in jail. Even convicts dont like animal abusers.
