I found a postmortem photo for this UID in Porchlight. I noticed that she is not listed in NamUs, and there has been no discussion of her case here. The recon in DoeNet wasn't that great IMO, so I did my own reconstruction and am putting the case up here for discussion:

Note that the description mentions one tooth missing and one with a gold overlay. It doesn't indicate which teeth are missing/overlaid, and the postmortem view of the teeth isn't that clear. So her teeth are depicted as best as I can see from the PM photo.

Unidentified Black Female

Discovered on May 25, 1994 in Chicago, Illinois.
Cause of death was homicide

Vital Statistics

Estimated age: 20 - 30 years old
Approximate Height and Weight: 5'0"; 115 lbs.
Distinguishing Characteristics: Shoulder length black hair, worn in a ponytail. Medium complexion. She had 2 piercings in each ear but no jewelry. She had a 6 inch scar on her abdomen with stretch marks which indicates a possible pregnancy.
Dentals: She had 1 missing tooth and 1 tooth w a gold overlay. Dentals are available.
Clothing: She was found naked from the waist down except for 1 sock. She was wearing a pink body suit and a black bra. She wore a black ribbon in the hair.

Case History
The victim was found in the alley at 4837 S. Champlain. An offender, who has been charged with her murder, alleged that the victim was working as a prostitute when he picked her up at 63rd & Kimbark.

I'm not even going to post the details because all of the circumstances seem so wrong, wrong, wrong! (Assuming that her image portrayed in her bio is correct and the killer of the UID is telling the truth).

Dates fit. Ponytail fits etc. 600 miles away.

Nose does not fit in some pictures, but does in others....

I'm 99% sure this is a no, but it has too many little things for me to dismiss it completely. Looking for comments - see what I've done on the attached images.

Post mortem photo has gone so I would appreciate it Carl if you could take a better look if you still have the picture.

I see some resemblance but if Cleashindra Hall's photos her hair is shorter than what I would call shoulder length but who knows how recent they were.

If they were able to see stretch marks and an abdominal scar on Jane Doe it would seem that they'd have been able to see the knee scar that Cleashindra Hall had but it is not mentioned.

There's a full eight-inch height difference between the UID and MP, but both of them have a dark spot above their right eyebrows (their left when you look at their photo.) Do you think that's a bruise on the UID?

I thought of a possible connection to Darren Vann, too. However, the Doe Network says that somebody has been charged with her murder and he claims she was a prostitute. http://doenetwork.org/cases/276ufil.html

Just based on her morgue photo I noticed that she looked similar to Sharon Hart-Wills. She went missing in 1987 and she was 24 at the time. Her height is off by 4 inches and her age is on the older side of Jane Doe's estimated age but I though that Id post this anyway.

I also think that this Jane Doe could be Tracey Collington.
Collington went missing on December 04, 1994 and this Jane Doe was found on May 24, 1994. There is a small height difference but I think that Collington is a good possibility. Here are both pictures side by side.

The shape around the eyes and nose are remarkably similar-good catch. I think Tracey's jaw is squarer and the timeline is of course impossible.

Something was bothering me about Carl's reconstruction and I think it was the (accurate) deathly pallor of Jane Doe. I think Tracey's bright-skinned appearance would be closer to what JD looked like in life.

Valina Magee disappeared at age 13 while walking to school in Chicago five years before this UID was found. Tasha Shante Wright was just 10 when she disappeared from her apartment complex in Dallas, Texas, also five years before this UID was located. Given Chicago has been called a national hub of human trafficking, I wanted to include them both here for consideration even if the timelines are a stretch.

so I was watching a tv show and it featured the case of Samantha Bonnell who was a Jane Doe. It took a long time matching her to this jane doe because the person who entered it into the system entered the date that it was instead of the date she went missing. This makes me think that I could have a possibility for this jane doe. Dawn Sneed went missing in 1995 but her picture on NamUs looks similar to this Jane doe. It is a long shot but there is very few details on her case. I also looked to see if her DNA was in the system and it said tests not complete. It could be a long shot but I thought id mention her. Her age is off but her height and weight seem to fit pretty well.
