    SD - MICHAEL KEITH MOON, released after 28 yrs , living in SD

    Michael Moon, 63, is a career criminal who was convicted in 1981 of stabbing to death a woman in Reno, Nevada.

    3 convictions, 2 for murder and one for attempted murder and this guy is out. LE believes he could have other murders. And he has lived all over the country when he wasn't in prison for the murders.
    Just when I think that I have seen the most depraved things a human can do to another human, somebody posts a new story...........

    Why is it that when a custodial parent fails to provide for a child it is called neglect and is a criminal matter. But when a non custodial parent fails to provide it is called failure to support and is a civil matter?

    Just when I think that I have seen the most depraved things a human can do to another human, somebody posts a new story...........
