14 June 1997 article
Article states: Robert left his home in the 1300 block of Julian street in Petersville at about 9 PM on the night of June 5th. One person may have seen him walking on Cox Creek Pkwy, between old jackson road and wood avenue on Sunday afternoon. ( NOTE: I looked up a calendar for that month and year. The 5th was a Thursday and the following Sunday would have been June 8th. But the article is dated June 17th which was a Tuesday so the previous Sunday would have been June 15th. I have no idea which date he was possibly seen).
The article further states: Richard is manic-depressive and does not have his medication with him.
Come home soon.
