It happens every now and then. But usually the suspect is younger.

I wonder if he enjoyed the party? Cause it will probably be his last.
Just when I think that I have seen the most depraved things a human can do to another human, somebody posts a new story...........

Why is it that when a custodial parent fails to provide for a child it is called neglect and is a criminal matter. But when a non custodial parent fails to provide it is called failure to support and is a civil matter?

    From November 2014:

Based on the doctors’ findings, a Superior Court judge last week found Flourney, 32, not guilty by reason of insanity in the March 2012 killing of Brian Flourney and his mother, Sandra Flourney...

Isabella, a Hudson County judge, ordered Flourney to be committed to the Ann Klein Forensic Center, a state psychiatric hospital in Ewing, “for a period not to exceed 86 and years,” according to the judge’s order.
