Hi All,

This is a WS approved petition to change the rating on a new documentary about bullying from R to PG-13 so that kids can see it, too. The name of the documentary is 'Bully'.

Signed and posted to FB. Thanks for bringing awareness to this on WS!

I also signed and shared on FB. Thanks for bringing this to our attention, Susan!

I must confess that I was reluctant to sign the petition that required my name and email address. That said, I saw the Ellen show when she addressed the film and its R rating and urged viewers to request the change so that the target audience would be able to see the movie.

I know the kids will come, so it’s up to the theaters to let them in.”

The film company said the movie is meant to educate...

LOS ANGELES -
The Weinstein Co. said Thursday an edited version of the film "Bully" will be released across the U.S. on April 13 with a PG-13 rating.
