PA - Copycat Serial Tire Slasher Arrested
In the scope of so much crime we'd think that tire slashing doesn't rank up there with violent crime. However, the rate this is going it may get violent because neighbors are disgusted, and fed up with awakening to find their vehicles with tires slashed or missing or their cars defaced with spray paint.
Quincy Kramer aged 21 of Northeast Philadelphia has go to be a dim bulb. He was caught on tape slashing nine tires at an intersection that is home to many businesses.
Since October there's been countless numbers of vehicles in neighborhoods like Wissinoming, Mayfair and Tacony destroyed or defaced causing residents alot of money and aggravation. In tires alone there were about 80 that were either slashed or totally taken from cars.
This kid IMO is just a copycat and as he told cops he did it because??????? "He felt like doing something". Knowing half Northeast Philly is looking for ya I doubt you'd pick that location to slash tires.

He who yells loudest very well may be the culprit.
Last week David Toledo a Mayfair resident was arrested for causing thousands, and thousands of dollars worth of damage to fellow neighbors tires. Heck, even he got his tires slashed. So angry was David Toledo he joined the neighborhood Town Watch.
Police who already had Toledo on their radar was arrested for defacing countless numbers of cars and trucks causing neighbors both misery, anger and alot of loot. Despite having his mug plastered on every TV camera that would have him complain when tires were slashed and punctured it was Toledo all along who caused the damage.
Lucky for him he couldn't make bail because there's alot of PO'd neighbors want to "talk" to him. Lunatic. Plain and simple.
