Smyth said he was driving north on the 6th concession when he spotted a house and road on an angle that matched McClintic's description

Smyth said he assumed the location was S. of Mt. Forest because McClintic didn't remember driving through a town after Guelph.

    • On the 6th concession, south of Mount Forest, Smyth noticed a house on an angle to the road, something McClintic had noted.

House also looked "strikingly" similar to the one McClintic described

RaffertyLFP: On Sunday July 19th was searching the area around Mount Forest to scout out possible locations

Smyth identifies photos shown to court of the house and lane entering the crime scene area

Showing the jury photos of the home near the scene. Fits McClintic's description. Single story, well kept.
