Hill is nowhere to be found and nothing about this gregarious and well-loved young man’s disappearance adds up.

“Where he lives, the grandmother – he talked to her – and she said, ‘Well, who are you with?’ And he said, ‘My boy.’ And we’re all like, we wish he would have said who, cause I’m always like, ‘Who’s your boy? Everybody’s not your friend.’ He has such a good heart,” said Zellars. “He’s too trusting.”

“That was the last he was heard from. His cell phone is no longer receiving calls; it’s been shut down,” said Chief Howard Burton, of Penn Hills Police. “We’ve done research into all his friends, they just haven’t seen him or heard from him.”

From the above link:
Family members posted flyers on Saturday in the Lincoln-Lemington area where Dominick Brown-Hill was last seen, hoping that someone will recognize his picture.

This is the first I'd heard that he was last seen in Lincoln-Lemington. Althea Drive in Penn Hills (where it was previously reported he was last seen) is a good 5 miles east of L-L. 5 miles may not seem like a lot, unless you're on foot, but it does certainly open up a much wider area of where Dominick may be.

Unsolved Cases: Dominick Brown-Hill

Sometimes you repeatedly cross paths with people, not knowing their names, but still exchanging a nod or pleasantries as you pass.

For Nancy Monahan, who runs the Pennsylvania Missing Persons website, Dominick Brown-Hill was one of those people. She remembers saying "hello" to him on occasion as he walked near her home.

And then he vanished.

Missing man's family pleads for information

Smart, strong-willed, loving, giving, and a true family oriented person, are just a few of the words Dominick Brown-Hill’s family uses to describe him. But the thoughts of that same person that used to bring them a smile, now brings them tears.

According to Lisa Zellars, who said she and the police believe her son is deceased; detectives were able to track some of Brown-Hill’s last activities through his text messages on his cell phone. She said Brown-Hill took a jitney to meet someone in McKeesport, who that person is, she does not know. When Brown-Hill arrived at his destination, he got out of the jitney, instructed the driver to wait, left his phone in the car and went into a building, but he never came out. After about an hour the driver left and later pawned Brown-Hill’s phone. According to Lisa Zellars, the driver, who took and passed several polygraphs, is not a suspect, and it’s believed that whatever happened in the building is what took her son away from her.

Pittsburgh Crime Stoppers, Family Seeking Answers In Missing Man Case

Marking the second anniversary of his disappearance, the family of a missing Penn Hills man had a large billboard put on Washington Boulevard, near Hamilton Avenue.

They’re hoping it will help convince someone to come forward with information on what happened to then-21-year-old Dominick Brown-Hill.

Pittsburgh Crime Stoppers is putting up a $1,000 reward for information on this case. That’s in addition to the $5,000 offered by the man’s family.
