Silver Spring Township Police are engaged in a joint investigation with the Ventnor City, NJ Police and the FBI involving a missing woman by the name of Rabihan Seiders, 53 years of age. Seiders sometimes uses her maiden name, Hasanova. Seiders can not be accounted for after the evening of March 27, 2012. Her last known whereabouts is suspected to be in Silver Spring Township, Mechanicsburg, PA. Some information leads police to believe she may be in Atlantic City/Venture City, NJ area.

Anyone with information on Rabihan Seiders' whereabouts should contact Silver Spring Township Police Officer David Jenkins 717-480-7974.

In the earth-toned home perched on a leafy bend of the Conodoguinet Creek, Rabihan and Hap Seiders sat at the kitchen table last summer arguing about money when Rabihan pushed her soup away, causing it to spill.

Hap stood and punched his wife repeatedly in the head with a closed fist, leaving her with injuries that required treatment at a local medical facility.

FBI joins search for missing Silver Spring Township woman

The FBI has joined township police in searching for a township woman who has been missing almost four months.

On Tuesday, agents searched the home of Rabihan Seiders, 53, in the 100 block of Willow Mill Park Road for most of the day looking for clues.

Husband of missing Silver Spring Township woman has rocky past

He has spent time in federal prison for blowing up a building in Harrisburg, is locked in a bitter 10-year-long divorce battle with his first wife and has been convicted of, and freed from, a charge of bigamy.


On Tuesday, local police and FBI agents spent most of the day searching his Silver Spring Twp. home, apparently looking for clues into the disappearance of his wife. Police said they believe 53-year-old Rabihan Hasanova Seiders might have been killed.

FBI investigation into missing Silver Spring Township woman continues

The Cumberland County District Attorney says the investigation into the suspicious disappearance of a 53-year-old Silver Spring Township woman. David Freed says he just learned that police are conducting a new records review.

Three months after being reported missing, federal agents and local police swarmed her secluded home on Willow Mill Park Road. Evidence markers were seen outside the home. Agents with shovels were digging.

Evidence was collected and sent to the FBI laboratory at Quantico, Virginia for analysis. Rabihan was last seen at home, but has been known to travel to the Jersey shore.

The county District Attorney says the investigation is active.

This is the last article I could find that was published about Rabihan (it's from 8/9/12). I'm hoping she's still alive but with all the time that's passed (and her husband's criminal history) it's looking like she's probably not.
