GUILTY NV - Keith Goldberg, 54, Las Vegas Valley, 31 January 2012

Metro Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a man who they say went missing in the south Las Vegas Valley.

Keith Goldberg, 54, was last seen on Jan. 31 in the area near Las Vegas Boulevard and St. Rose Parkway, police said.

Goldberg is believed to be driving a silver 2009 Toyota Corolla with the Nevada plate 474 VBZ, police said.

Goldberg stands 5 feet 6 inches, weighs 155 pounds and may be in need of medical assistance, police said.

Anyone with any information on the whereabouts of Goldberg is urged to contact the Metro’s missing persons detail at 828-2907.

A man missing since January had recently gone through a bitter breakup and was last seen by his ex-girlfriend and her husband before he disappeared, the man's family said Thursday.

Vanished without a trace, the last known picture of 54-year-old Keith Goldberg was taken at a Dotty's casino in Henderson January 31. Police called his disappearance "highly suspicious". His family now reports two arrests have been made. Metro has not confirmed the two suspects' names or charges.

Goldberg's family members say one of the suspects is Goldberg's ex-girlfriend.

Police haven't found Keith Goldberg's body and said neither Christopher nor Cookie Ross is talking.

When Christopher Ross was being arrested at the Fiesta on Monday night, detectives asked him where Goldberg's body was located.

When Ross paused for a moment, detectives asked whether he was going to answer.

Ross replied: "You told me I have the right to remain silent."

Justice of the Peace David Gibson, however, did not hold their scheduled preliminary hearing because he was told by prosecutors that the Rosses had been indicted last week by a Clark County grand jury.

They were apparently supposed to be arraigned Wednesday morning in District Court but were taken to the Henderson court instead. Gibson set a new date for their arraignment for 9 a.m. May 30.

According to a Facebook page set up by Goldberg’s sister, Jodi Goldberg, searchers have used funds donated by family and friends to purchase a radio-controlled drone “Hexacopter” to be used in the search.

The drone has a video camera mounted to it that transmits a live video signal to a computer. The drone was to be tested at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in a desert area off East Cactus Avenue just west of Las Vegas Boulevard.
