One former officer, Shannon Brady, was not surprised at the news of the video as Brady said that Eiskant had a bad reputation as a stalker of women and a creeper. Brady attempted to file a harassment complaint against Eiskant years ago with the Santa Fe Police Departments human resource division. The complaint was filed with compliance officer Raymond Rael, who is not the police chief for the department.
