GUILTY WI - Nicholas Fuchs for child abuse, Oak Creek, 2012

In July, Fuchs allegedly broke one child's arm in the Oak Creek apartment. Investigators said Fuchs would beat the bottom of their feet with a spoon and submerge their feet in a tub of scalding water.

Fuchs is also accused of pinching the boy's penis as a punishment and choking the girl. His ex-girlfriend's daughter told investigators that Fuchs put her in the dryer several times and turned it on because she wet her pajamas.

A Milwaukee County judge sentenced Nicholas Fuchs on Friday, November 2nd to ten years in prison and six years of extended supervision.

Fuchs pleaded guilty back in August to three charges of child abuse and one charge of second-degree recklessly endangering safety. In exchange for those pleas, a false imprisonment charge and a strangulation and suffocation charge were each dropped in the case.
