SC: Teen Beaten For Not Flushing Toilet
A Rock Hill man is facing charges after police say he beat his girlfriend's son over an unflushed toilet.
13yr old showed up at school with bruises back in March, counslers called the police. He tells them that his mother's 34yr old boyfriend, Deshawn Williams, beat him the night before.
According to the police report, Williams came home after midnight on March 22 and "became upset when he discovered that someone did not flush the toilet."
Williams confront the teen's younger brother, according to police, and then came after him. The 13-year-old told officers that Williams "became angry and began striking him on the leg with a drum stick" before grabbing him on the right side of his chest near the collar bone and leaving finger marks.
Williams then beat the teen with a belt across his stomach, according to the report, leaving a large red mark that was four-inches wide and nine-inches long.
The teen told officers that Williams also hit him in the face, leaving his upper lip purple and swollen.
When officers met with the teen's mother, she said she was at work at the time of the incident and didn't know anything had occurred. She took her children and left the home while the incident was being investigated by police.
Williams was charged with cruelty to children.

Well that makes a lot of sense.
That guy is disgustingly ugly and creepy looking. Poor kid.

Well, at least mom immediate left the residence upon finding out what happened. Better than some cases.“Justice cannot be for one side alone, but must be for both.” - Eleanor Roosevelt

I guess the 'if it's yellow let it mellow, if it's brown flush it down' rule is not in effect in that house.
Kudos to the mom for high-tailin' it out of there with her boys.Say what you mean, mean what you say, but don't say it mean.
We are all just trying to make sense of an unimaginable crime.
